Bu koşullar, Pet Doctor uygulamasını (“Uygulama”) kullanırken geçerli olan kuralları anlatır. Uygulama, Türkiye'de yaşayan bireysel geliştirici Deniz Şengül (“biz”) tarafından sunulur.
Kısaca
Oyun ücretsiz indirilir. Ücretsiz sürümde çocuklara uygun reklamlar vardır (iPhone ve iPad'de 1.1 sürümünden itibaren).
Premium, her ay otomatik yenilenen bir aboneliktir. Uygun yeni aboneler için 3 gün ücretsiz deneme vardır.
Fiyat, satın almadan önce mağazada ve uygulamada gösterilir.
Ücretlendirilmemek için iptali, deneme veya dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce App Store ya da Google Play abonelik ayarlarından yapın.
İadeler, mağazanın kurallarına göre Apple veya Google tarafından yapılır.
Satın almalar ve ebeveyn hesabı büyüklerin sorumluluğundadır.
1. Kabul
Uygulama çocuklar için yapılmıştır. Bu koşulları çocuk adına ebeveyni veya velisi kabul eder. Uygulamayı indirerek veya kullanarak bu koşulları ve Gizlilik Politikası'nı kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen uygulamayı kullanmayın.
2. Ebeveynin sorumluluğu
Çocuğunuzun uygulamayı kullanmasına izin vererek, bu koşulları onun adına kabul ettiğinizi ve kullanımını gözeteceğinizi kabul edersiniz.
Satın alma, abonelik ve ebeveyn hesabı yalnızca 18 yaşını doldurmuş kişiler içindir.
Büyüklere yönelik bölümler basit bir doğrulama sorusuyla korunur. Bu soru tek başına tam bir koruma sağlamaz. Cihazınızdaki satın alma onayı ve ebeveyn denetimi özelliklerini (ör. Apple'da “Satın Alma İzni”, Google Play'de satın almalar için kimlik doğrulama) açık tutmanızı öneririz.
Çocuğunuzun ekran süresini belirlemek ve takip etmek sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.
3. Lisans
Size, uygulamayı sahip olduğunuz veya kontrol ettiğiniz cihazlarda kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçlarla kullanmanız için kişisel, devredilemez, münhasır olmayan ve geri alınabilir bir lisans veririz. Bu lisans, uygulamayı indirdiğiniz mağazanın kurallarına da tabidir.
Uygulama ve içindeki karakterler, çizimler, sesler, müzikler, metinler ve yazılım bize veya lisans verenlerimize aittir ve fikri mülkiyet mevzuatıyla korunur. Uygulama size satılmaz, kullanımı lisanslanır. Bu koşullarda açıkça verilmeyen tüm haklar saklıdır.
4. Ücretsiz sürüm ve reklamlar
Uygulamanın temel oyunu ücretsizdir. Bazı hayvanlar, kıyafetler ve süsler Premium'a özeldir.
Android: Ücretsiz sürümde reklam gösterilir. Reklamlar çocuklara yönelik olarak işaretlenir, genel izleyiciye uygun (G) reklamlarla sınırlanır ve kişiselleştirilmez. Ödüllü reklamlar isteğe bağlıdır.
iPhone ve iPad: 1.1 sürümünden itibaren ücretsiz sürümde çocuk reklam ağı Kidoz üzerinden çocuklara uygun, bağlamsal reklamlar gösterilir. Reklama dokunulduğunda önce bir büyüğün onayı istenir.
Premium; tüm hayvanları ve özel kıyafetlerle süsleri açar ve reklamları kapatır. Premium'un güncel kapsamı satın almadan önce uygulamada gösterilir.
5.2 Fiyat
Abonelik ücreti, satın almadan önce uygulamada ve mağazada kendi para biriminizde gösterilir. Fiyata mağazanın uyguladığı vergiler dahil olabilir. Ödemeyi Apple veya Google alır; ödeme bilgileriniz bize ulaşmaz.
5.3 3 günlük ücretsiz deneme
Uygun yeni aboneler Premium'u 3 gün ücretsiz deneyebilir. Deneme hakkı, mağazanın uygunluk kurallarına göre verilir (genellikle her mağaza hesabı için bir kez). Deneme bitmeden iptal etmezseniz, deneme sonunda ilk aylık ücret mağaza hesabınızdan alınır ve abonelik başlar.
5.4 Otomatik yenileme
Abonelik, iptal edilmedikçe her ay otomatik olarak yenilenir.
App Store: Otomatik yenileme, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce kapatılmazsa abonelik yenilenir ve yenileme ücreti dönem bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde Apple kimliğinizden alınır.
Google Play: Abonelik iptal edilene kadar her ay yenilenir ve ücret Google Play hesabınızdan alınır.
5.5 İptal ve yönetim
Ücretlendirilmemek için iptali deneme veya mevcut dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce yapın. Uygulamayı veya ebeveyn hesabını silmek aboneliği iptal etmez.
iPhone / iPad: Ayarlar → [adınız] → Abonelikler → Pet Doctor. Ya da: App Store abonelikleri.
Android: Google Play Store → profil simgesi → Ödemeler ve abonelikler → Abonelikler → Pet Doctor. Ya da: Google Play abonelikleri.
Google Play: Satın almadan sonraki ilk 48 saat içinde Google Play üzerinden iade isteyebilirsiniz. Bu süre geçtiyse bize yazın; talebinizi Google Play'in bize tanıdığı imkânlar ölçüsünde değerlendiririz.
Dijital içerik ve hizmetler anında ifa edildiğinden, mevzuatın izin verdiği hâllerde cayma hakkı uygulanmayabilir. Yürürlükteki tüketici mevzuatından doğan vazgeçilemeyen haklarınız her durumda saklıdır.
5.7 Satın alımları geri yükleme
Yeni bir cihazda veya uygulamayı yeniden yükledikten sonra, aynı mağaza hesabıyla Büyükler Köşesi → Premium → Satın alımları geri yükle adımını kullanın.
5.8 Fiyat ve kapsam değişiklikleri
Fiyat değişiklikleri mağazaların kurallarına göre size önceden bildirilir; gerekiyorsa mağaza onayınızı ister. Premium içeriğini zamanla geliştirebiliriz. Premium'un sunduklarını önemli ölçüde azaltırsak bunu önceden duyururuz. Aboneliğinizi her zaman iptal edebilirsiniz.
6. Oyun içi ödüller
Yıldızlar, oyun parası ve çıkartmalar yalnızca oyun oynanarak kazanılır. Gerçek para değerleri yoktur; para karşılığında satılmaz veya satın alınamaz, devredilemez ve paraya çevrilemez. Ödüller rastgele değildir; oyunda “sürpriz kutu” gibi şansa dayalı satın almalar yoktur.
7. Ebeveyn hesabı
Ebeveyn hesabı isteğe bağlıdır ve yalnızca 18 yaşını doldurmuş kişiler tarafından açılabilir.
Doğru bir e-posta adresi kullanmalı ve şifrenizi kimseyle paylaşmamalısınız. Hesabınızla yapılan işlemlerden siz sorumlusunuz.
Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz: Hesap silme.
Bu koşulları ciddi biçimde ihlal eden veya hizmeti kötüye kullanan hesapları askıya alabilir veya kapatabiliriz.
8. Kullanım kuralları
Aşağıdakileri yapmamayı kabul edersiniz:
Uygulamayı kanunun açıkça izin verdiği durumlar dışında tersine mühendislik ile çözmek, değiştirmek veya türev çalışmalar üretmek,
Hile, otomatik araç veya değiştirilmiş sürümler kullanmak,
Sunucularımızı aşırı yüklemek, güvenlik kurallarını aşmaya çalışmak veya başkasının hesabına erişmeye çalışmak,
Uygulamayı veya içeriklerini kopyalamak, dağıtmak, kiralamak ya da ticari amaçla kullanmak,
Uygulamayı kanuna aykırı bir amaçla kullanmak.
9. Üçüncü taraf hizmetler
Uygulama; Apple App Store, Google Play, Google Firebase, Google AdMob ve reklam ortakları ile RevenueCat gibi üçüncü taraf hizmetleri kullanır. Bu hizmetlerin kendi şartları ve politikaları geçerlidir. Reklamların içeriğinden reklamverenler sorumludur. Biz yalnızca çocuklara uygun reklam ayarlarını kullanır ve uygunsuz olduğunu fark ettiğimiz reklamları engellemeye çalışırız. Uygunsuz bir reklam görürseniz lütfen bize bildirin.
10. Oyun yalnızca eğlence içindir
Pet Doctor bir çizgi film oyunudur. Gerçek veteriner, tıbbi veya beslenme bilgisi vermez; oyundaki yiyecekler ve bakım adımları hayalîdir. Gerçek bir hayvanın sağlığıyla ilgili konularda lütfen bir veteriner hekime danışın.
11. Garanti ve sorumluluk
Uygulamayı özenle hazırlıyoruz, ancak her zaman kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını garanti edemeyiz. Kanunun izin verdiği ölçüde uygulama “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Bulut kaydı gibi internet gerektiren özellikler zaman zaman kullanılamayabilir; oyunun kendisi internetsiz de çalışır ve ilerleme önce cihazda saklanır.
Kanunun izin verdiği ölçüde, dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz ve toplam sorumluluğumuz, talepten önceki 12 ay içinde uygulama için ödediğiniz tutarla sınırlıdır. Bu sınırlamalar; kast veya ağır ihmalden doğan sorumluluğu, hayat veya sağlığa verilen zararları ve tüketicilerin vazgeçilemeyen yasal haklarını kapsamaz.
12. Değişiklikler ve sona erme
Uygulamayı güncelleyebilir, özellik ekleyebilir veya kaldırabiliriz. Uygulamayı tamamen sonlandırırsak bunu makul bir süre önce duyururuz.
Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel metin her zaman bu sayfadadır. Önemli değişiklikleri yürürlüğe girmeden önce uygulama içinde duyururuz. Değişiklikten sonra kullanmaya devam etmeniz yeni koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir. Kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı kullanmayı bırakabilir ve aboneliğinizi iptal edebilirsiniz.
Uygulamayı istediğiniz zaman kullanmayı bırakabilir ve hesabınızı silebilirsiniz.
13. Uygulanacak hukuk ve uyuşmazlıklar
Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Bir sorun yaşarsanız önce bize yazın; çözmek için elimizden geleni yaparız.
Türkiye'deki tüketiciler, Ticaret Bakanlığı'nın her yıl belirlediği parasal sınırlar içinde tüketici hakem heyetlerine, bu sınırların üzerindeki uyuşmazlıklarda ise tüketici mahkemelerine başvurabilir. Başka bir ülkede yaşayan tüketicilerin, yaşadıkları ülkenin vazgeçilemeyen tüketici koruma kurallarından doğan hakları saklıdır.
Bu koşullar sizinle bizim aramızdadır, Apple ile değil. Uygulamadan ve içeriğinden Apple değil biz sorumluyuz.
Apple'ın uygulama için bakım veya destek hizmeti verme yükümlülüğü yoktur.
Uygulama geçerli bir garantiye uymazsa Apple'a bildirebilirsiniz; Apple, varsa satın alma bedelini iade edebilir. Kanunun izin verdiği ölçüde Apple'ın uygulamayla ilgili başka bir garanti yükümlülüğü yoktur.
Uygulamayla ilgili talepler (ör. ürün sorumluluğu, mevzuata uygunluk, tüketici koruması veya fikri mülkiyet ihlali iddiaları) Apple'a değil bize yöneltilir.
Apple ve bağlı şirketleri bu koşulların üçüncü taraf lehtarıdır ve bu koşulları size karşı uygulayabilir.
These terms explain the rules that apply when you use the Pet Doctor app (the “App”). The App is provided by Deniz Şengül, an individual developer based in Türkiye (“we”, “us”).
In short
The game is free to download. The free version contains child-appropriate ads (on iPhone and iPad from version 1.1).
Premium is a subscription that renews automatically every month. Eligible new subscribers get a 3-day free trial.
The price is shown in the store and in the app before you buy.
To avoid being charged, cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings at least 24 hours before the trial or the current period ends.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their store rules.
Purchases and the parent account are the responsibility of grown-ups.
1. Acceptance
The App is made for children. A parent or guardian accepts these terms on the child's behalf. By downloading or using the App you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Parents' responsibility
By letting your child use the App, you accept these terms on their behalf and agree to supervise their use.
Purchases, subscriptions and the parent account are only for people aged 18 or over.
Grown-up areas are protected by a simple check question. This question alone does not give full protection. We recommend keeping your device's purchase approval and parental control features turned on (for example “Ask to Buy” on Apple devices, or purchase authentication in Google Play).
Setting and following your child's screen time is your responsibility.
3. Licence
We give you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive and revocable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, for personal and non-commercial purposes. This licence is also subject to the rules of the store you downloaded the App from.
The App and its characters, artwork, sounds, music, texts and software belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. The App is licensed to you, not sold. All rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved.
4. Free version and ads
The core game is free. Some pets, outfits and decorations are only available with Premium.
Android: The free version shows ads. Ads are tagged as child-directed, limited to general-audience (G-rated) ads and are not personalized. Rewarded ads are optional.
iPhone and iPad: From version 1.1, the free version shows child-appropriate, contextual ads through the children's ad network Kidoz. Tapping an ad first asks for a grown-up.
Premium unlocks all pets and the special outfits and decorations, and turns off ads. The current scope of Premium is shown in the app before you buy.
5.2 Price
The subscription price is shown in your own currency in the app and in the store before you buy. The price may include taxes applied by the store. Apple or Google takes the payment; your payment details never reach us.
5.3 3-day free trial
Eligible new subscribers can try Premium free for 3 days. Eligibility is decided under the store's rules (usually once per store account). If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the first monthly fee is charged to your store account at the end of the trial and the subscription starts.
5.4 Automatic renewal
The subscription renews automatically every month unless it is cancelled.
App Store: The subscription renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the renewal is charged to your Apple ID within the 24 hours before the period ends.
Google Play: The subscription renews every month until it is cancelled, and is charged to your Google Play account.
5.5 Cancelling and managing
To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or the current period ends. Deleting the app or the parent account does not cancel the subscription.
iPhone / iPad: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Pet Doctor. Or: App Store subscriptions.
Android: Google Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Pet Doctor. Or: Google Play subscriptions.
In the app: Grown-up Corner → Premium → Manage subscription takes you to the store's subscription page.
After cancelling, Premium usually stays available until the end of the period you have paid for, under the store's rules.
5.6 Refunds
Because we do not take payments directly, refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their own policies.
Google Play: you can request a refund through Google Play within 48 hours of the purchase. After that, write to us and we will consider your request as far as Google Play allows us.
Because digital content and services are delivered immediately, the right of withdrawal may not apply where the law allows this. Your mandatory rights under applicable consumer law always remain unaffected.
5.7 Restoring purchases
On a new device or after reinstalling the app, use Grown-up Corner → Premium → Restore purchases with the same store account.
5.8 Changes to price and scope
Price changes are announced to you in advance under the stores' rules; where required, the store asks for your approval. We may improve Premium content over time. If we significantly reduce what Premium offers, we will announce it in advance. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
6. In-game rewards
Stars, coins and stickers can only be earned by playing. They have no real-money value; they cannot be sold or bought for money, transferred or exchanged for cash. Rewards are not random; there are no chance-based purchases such as “surprise boxes” in the game.
7. Parent account
The parent account is optional and can only be created by people aged 18 or over.
You must use a correct e-mail address and must not share your password. You are responsible for activity under your account.
We may suspend or close accounts that seriously break these terms or misuse the service.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
reverse engineer, modify or create derivative works of the App, except where the law expressly allows it,
use cheats, automated tools or modified versions,
overload our servers, try to get around security rules or try to access someone else's account,
copy, distribute or rent the App or its content, or use it for commercial purposes,
use the App for any unlawful purpose.
9. Third-party services
The App uses third-party services such as the Apple App Store, Google Play, Google Firebase, Google AdMob and its ad partners, and RevenueCat. Their own terms and policies apply. Advertisers are responsible for the content of their ads. We only use child-appropriate ad settings and try to block ads we find inappropriate. If you see an inappropriate ad, please tell us.
10. The game is for fun only
Pet Doctor is a cartoon game. It does not give real veterinary, medical or nutrition advice; the food and care steps in the game are make-believe. For anything about a real animal's health, please ask a veterinarian.
11. Warranty and liability
We build the App with care, but we cannot guarantee that it will always work without interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is”. Features that need the internet, such as the cloud save, may sometimes be unavailable; the game itself works offline and progress is saved on the device first.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply to liability for intent or gross negligence, to harm to life or health, or to consumers' mandatory legal rights.
12. Changes and termination
We may update the App and add or remove features. If we discontinue the App completely, we will announce it a reasonable time in advance.
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page. We announce important changes in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the new terms. If you do not agree, you can stop using the App and cancel your subscription.
You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you have a problem, please write to us first; we will do our best to solve it.
Consumers in Türkiye can apply to consumer arbitration committees within the monetary limits set each year by the Ministry of Trade, and to consumer courts for disputes above those limits. Consumers living in another country keep the rights given to them by the mandatory consumer protection rules of their country of residence.
14. Additional terms for the App Store
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store:
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. We, not Apple, are responsible for the App and its content.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
If the App fails to meet an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any. To the extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the App.
Claims relating to the App (for example product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, consumer protection or intellectual property infringement claims) are directed to us, not Apple.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
