1. Biz kimiz?

Pet Doctor, Türkiye'de yaşayan bireysel geliştirici Deniz Şengül tarafından geliştirilir ve yayınlanır. Bu politikada “biz” dediğimizde Deniz Şengül'ü kastediyoruz.

6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) ve Avrupa Birliği Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) bakımından veri sorumlusu Deniz Şengül'dür. ABD'deki Çocukların Çevrimiçi Gizliliğini Koruma Yasası (COPPA) bakımından da oyunun işletmecisi biziz.

Bu politika; iOS ve Android için Pet Doctor uygulamasını ve bu web sayfalarını kapsar.

2. Hangi bilgileri kullanıyoruz?

Aşağıdaki tablo hangi bilginin nerede tutulduğunu, neden kullanıldığını ve ne kadar saklandığını gösterir. Bazı satırlar yalnızca belirli durumlarda geçerlidir (ör. yalnızca Android'de ya da yalnızca ebeveyn hesabı açılırsa).

Yaş sorusu

İlk açılışta “Kim oynuyor?” sorusunu (2–4, 5–7, 8–10, 11–17, 18+ veya “Belirtmek istemiyorum”) yalnızca oyunun zorluğunu ve ekranlarını ayarlamak için sorarız. Cevap reklam, analiz veya başka bir gizlilik ayarını gevşetmez: 18+ seçilse bile oyun çocuk ayarlarıyla çalışır. Cevap cihazda saklanır. Ebeveyn hesabı kullanıyorsanız bulut kaydının bir parçası olarak da saklanır. Kullanım istatistikleri yaş grubunu veya zorluk seviyesini hiçbir zaman içermez.

Mağazanın yaş bilgisi (ABD eyalet yasaları): Bazı ABD eyaletlerinin uygulama mağazası yasaları için, yasa sizin için geçerliyse App Store veya Google Play'den yaş aralığı bilgisini isteyebiliriz (iPhone ve iPad'de Apple'ın sistem penceresiyle). Cevap yalnızca cihazda okunur; saklanmaz, bize veya başkasına gönderilmez ve oyunun çocuk ayarlarını değiştirmez.

Toplamadığımız bilgiler

• Çocuğun veya ebeveynin adı, doğum tarihi, adresi, telefon numarası
• Fotoğraf, video, ses kaydı; kamera ve mikrofon erişimi
• GPS gibi hassas konum; rehber, takvim veya cihazdaki dosyalar
• Reklam kimliği (Android'de AAID, iOS'ta IDFA). iOS'ta “uygulamalar arası izleme” izni istemeyiz.
• Kart veya diğer ödeme bilgileri (ödemeyi Apple ve Google alır)

Oyunda sohbet, mesajlaşma, serbest metin alanı, herkese açık profil veya başka oyuncularla paylaşım yoktur.

Sesli okuma ve titreşim

“Sesli okuma” açıksa oyun, okumayı henüz bilmeyen çocuklar için metinleri cihazınızın kendi metin okuma (text-to-speech) özelliğiyle seslendirir. Oyun ses kaydetmez ve mikrofon kullanmaz. Titreşim yalnızca dokunma geri bildirimi içindir.

3. Amaçlar ve hukuki sebepler

• Oyunu, ebeveyn hesabını, bulut kaydını ve aboneliği sunmak: sözleşmenin kurulması ve ifası (KVKK md. 5/2-c; GDPR md. 6/1-b).
• Yasal yükümlülükler (ör. vergi ve tüketici mevzuatı, yetkili makamların talepleri): KVKK md. 5/2-ç; GDPR md. 6/1-c.
• Oyunu güvenli, çalışır ve gelişen hâlde tutmak (uzaktan ayarlar, çökme raporları, kullanım istatistikleri, kötüye kullanımın önlenmesi) ve ücretsiz sürümü reklamla finanse etmek: meşru menfaat (KVKK md. 5/2-f; GDPR md. 6/1-f). Bu menfaati çocukların çıkarlarıyla dengelemek için veriyi en aza indiririz: kişiselleştirilmiş reklam ve reklam kimliği yoktur, istatistiklerde ad veya e-posta yer almaz.
• Bir hakkın tesisi, kullanılması veya korunması (ör. bir uyuşmazlık): KVKK md. 5/2-e; GDPR md. 6/1-f.
• “Yenilikler” bildirimleri: ebeveynin açık rızası (KVKK md. 5/1; GDPR md. 6/1-a). Rızanızı istediğiniz zaman geri alabilirsiniz; bu, önceki işlemleri etkilemez.

Bilgileri yalnızca otomatik işlemeye dayanarak sizi veya çocuğunuzu etkileyen kararlar almak için kullanmayız ve kişisel profil oluşturmayız.

4. Bilgileri kimlerle paylaşıyoruz?

Bilgileri yalnızca oyunu çalıştırmamıza yardım eden aşağıdaki şirketlerle ve yukarıdaki amaçlar için paylaşırız. Kişisel verileri satmayız veya kiralamayız.

• Google (Firebase): Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Remote Config, Installations ve Cloud Messaging; Android'de ayrıca Analytics ve Crashlytics. Google bu hizmetlerde bizim adımıza veri işleyen olarak çalışır. Firebase gizlilik ve güvenlik · Google Gizlilik Politikası

Bunların dışında bilgileri yalnızca kanunen zorunlu olduğunda yetkili makamlarla paylaşırız. Uygulamanın başka birine devredilmesi hâlinde yeni sahibin bu politikadaki korumaları sürdürmesini şart koşar ve sizi önceden bilgilendiririz.

5. Reklamlar

• iPhone ve iPad: 1.1 sürümünden itibaren ücretsiz sürümde Kidoz üzerinden çocuklara uygun, bağlamsal reklamlar gösterilir. Kidoz reklamları yayına almadan önce insan eliyle inceler, ilgi alanına dayalı reklam ve izleme yapmaz; bir reklama dokunulduğunda önce bir büyüğün onayını ister. iOS'ta reklam kimliği (IDFA) kullanılmaz ve “uygulamalar arası izleme” izni istenmez. Premium abonelik ve ücretsiz deneme süresince reklam gösterilmez.
• Android: Ücretsiz sürümde Google AdMob ve yukarıdaki ortaklar üzerinden reklam gösterilir. Premium abonelik ve ücretsiz deneme süresince reklam gösterilmez.
• Her reklam isteği çocuklara yönelik olarak işaretlenir (“age restricted treatment: child”), yalnızca G (genel izleyici) derecesindeki reklamlara izin verilir ve reklamlar kişiselleştirilmez.
• Reklam kimliği izni uygulamadan kaldırılmıştır. İlgi alanına dayalı reklam, yeniden pazarlama ve uygulamalar arası izleme yapmayız.
• Reklamlar yine de bağlama göre seçilebilir (ör. uygulamanın konusu ve dili, cihaz türü, IP adresinden tahmin edilen genel bölge) ve sıklık sınırı, ölçüm ve sahtekârlık önleme için bazı teknik bilgiler kullanılır.
• Reklamlar mini oyunlar ve muayene sırasında gösterilmez. Ödüllü reklamlar tamamen isteğe bağlıdır ve hiçbir ilerleme için gerekmez.
• Bir reklama dokunulması bir mağaza sayfasını veya web sayfasını açabilir. Bu sayfalar reklamverenin kendi politikalarına tabidir.

6. Bildirimler

Nazik hatırlatmalar (yerel bildirimler)

• Hatırlatmalar cihazın kendisinde planlanır. Bunun için cihazdan hiçbir bilgi gönderilmez.
• Haftada en fazla 3 hatırlatma gönderilir, yalnızca yerel saatle 16:00–19:00 arasında. Oyun 14 gün açılmazsa hatırlatmalar durur.
• Hatırlatmalar yalnızca bir büyük, ebeveyn kapısının arkasındaki açıklamayı okuyup kabul ettikten sonra planlanır. Sistem bildirim izni de ancak bu kabulden sonra istenir (Android, iPhone ve iPad). Uygulama açılışta hiçbir bildirim izni istemez.
• Hatırlatmaları istediğiniz zaman Büyükler Köşesi → Ayarlar → Nazik hatırlatmalar bölümünden veya cihaz ayarlarından kapatabilirsiniz.

“Yenilikler” bildirimleri (yalnızca Android, isteğe bağlı)

Yeni hayvan veya çıkartma gibi duyurular için ayrı ve açık bir ebeveyn onayı isteriz. Onay verirseniz cihaz, Google Firebase Cloud Messaging üzerinden seçtiğiniz dile ait genel bir duyuru konusuna abone olur. Duyurular o dildeki tüm abonelere aynı anda gider. Kişiye özel bildirim anahtarı saklamayız. Bu bildirimleri istediğiniz zaman kapatabilirsiniz.

7. Çocukların gizliliği

• Pet Doctor çocuklara yöneliktir. Yaş cevabından bağımsız olarak her oyuncuya çocuk gibi davranırız.
• Çocuklardan kişisel bilgi istemeyiz. Oyunda sohbet, serbest metin, fotoğraf veya ses paylaşımı yoktur.
• Satın alma, hesap, ayarlar ve dış bağlantılar, büyüklere yönelik bir doğrulama ekranının (basit bir çarpma sorusu) arkasındadır.
• Ebeveyn hesabı yalnızca yetişkinler içindir. Bir çocuğun hesap açtığını veya bize kişisel bilgi gönderdiğini öğrenirsek bu bilgileri sileriz.
• Kalıcı tanımlayıcıları (Firebase kurulum kimliği, analiz örnek kimliği, Crashlytics kimliği, reklam SDK'larının uygulama düzeyindeki kimlikleri, RevenueCat'in rastgele kimliği) yalnızca şu iç işlemler için kullanırız: oyunu ve ayarlarını çalıştırmak; abonelik durumunu doğrulamak; hataları bulmak ve oyunu iyileştirmek için analiz yapmak; bağlama dayalı reklam göstermek, reklam sıklığını sınırlamak ve reklamları ölçmek; güvenliği sağlamak ve sahtekârlığı önlemek; yasal yükümlülüklere uymak.
• Bu tanımlayıcıları bir çocukla iletişim kurmak, davranışsal reklam, profil oluşturma veya başka amaçlar için kullanmayız. Reklam ve analiz ayarlarımız (çocuk etiketi, kişiselleştirmenin kapalı olması, reklam kimliğinin kaldırılması) ve Google Play Aileler programı kuralları bunu teknik olarak da sınırlar.

8. Ebeveyn hakları ve başvuru

KVKK md. 11, GDPR ve COPPA kapsamında, kendiniz ve çocuğunuz adına şu haklara sahipsiniz:

• Bilgilerin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenmek ve bir kopyasını istemek,
• İşleme amacını ve bilgilerin yurt içinde veya yurt dışında kimlere aktarıldığını öğrenmek,
• Eksik veya yanlış bilgilerin düzeltilmesini istemek,
• Bilgilerin silinmesini veya yok edilmesini istemek ve bu işlemlerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini istemek,
• Meşru menfaate dayanan işlemeye itiraz etmek, işlemenin kısıtlanmasını istemek,
• Ebeveyn hesabındaki verileri yaygın kullanılan bir biçimde almak (veri taşınabilirliği),
• Rızanızı geri almak ve çocuğunuzdan daha fazla bilgi toplanmasını reddetmek,
• Yalnızca otomatik sistemlerle analiz sonucunda aleyhinize bir sonuç çıkmasına itiraz etmek ve kanuna aykırı işleme nedeniyle uğradığınız zararın giderilmesini istemek.

Nasıl başvurabilirsiniz?

• Hesabı silmek için: uygulamada Büyükler Köşesi → Hesap → Hesabı sil. Ayrıntılar ve web üzerinden talep için: Hesap silme.
• Diğer talepler için: support@denizsengul.com adresine, mümkünse ebeveyn hesabında kayıtlı e-posta adresinden yazın. KVKK kapsamındaki başvurunuzu Veri Sorumlusuna Başvuru Usul ve Esasları Hakkında Tebliğ'de sayılan diğer yollarla da yapabilirsiniz.
• Hesabın size ait olduğunu doğrulamak için ek bilgi isteyebiliriz. Taleplere en geç 30 gün içinde ve ücretsiz yanıt veririz.
• Ebeveyn hesabı olmadan oynanıyorsa sunucularımızda sizinle ilişkilendirilebilecek bir kayıt yoktur. Cihazdaki veriyi uygulamayı silerek kaldırabilirsiniz. Android'deki istatistik ve çökme verileri bir hesapla ilişkilendirilmediği için tek tek bulunamayabilir; bunlar Bölüm 9'daki sürelerde kendiliğinden silinir.
• Yanıtımızdan memnun kalmazsanız Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na, AB'de bulunuyorsanız ülkenizdeki veri koruma otoritesine, ABD'de bulunuyorsanız Federal Ticaret Komisyonu'na (FTC) başvurabilirsiniz.

9. Saklama süreleri

• Cihazdaki oyun verisi: uygulamayı silene veya uygulama verisini temizleyene kadar.
• Ebeveyn hesabı ve bulut kaydı: siz silene kadar. Bir hesap 24 ay boyunca hiç kullanılmazsa (giriş yapılmaz ve bulut kaydı güncellenmezse) hesabı ve bulut kaydını sileriz. Silinen hesap bilgileri Firebase'in yedek sistemlerinden en geç 180 gün içinde temizlenir.
• Giriş güvenliği için IP kayıtları: Firebase tarafından birkaç hafta.
• Abonelik kayıtları: abonelik sürdüğü sürece ve sonrasında vergi ve tüketici mevzuatı gibi yasal yükümlülüklerin gerektirdiği süre boyunca; ardından silinir veya anonim hâle getirilir.
• Kullanım istatistikleri (Android): olay düzeyindeki veriler 2 ay. Kimliksiz toplu raporlar daha uzun kalabilir.
• Çökme raporları (Android): 90 gün.
• Firebase kurulum kimliği: Firebase'in saklama kurallarına göre. Bu kimlik kimliğinizi ortaya koyan bir bilgiyle eşleştirilmez.
• Reklam verileri: reklam ortaklarının kendi politikalarına göre. Biz yalnızca kimliksiz toplu raporlar alırız.
• Destek yazışmaları: talep sonuçlandıktan sonra 12 ay.

10. Yurt dışına aktarım

Bulut kaydı Google'ın Avrupa'daki sunucularında (Cloud Firestore, eur3) saklanır. Hesap bilgileri (Firebase Authentication) ile diğer Firebase hizmetleri, Google'ın ABD dahil çeşitli ülkelerdeki sunucularında işlenebilir. AdMob ve reklam ortakları ile RevenueCat, bilgileri çoğunlukla ABD'de işler.

Bu nedenle bilgileriniz Türkiye ve Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı dışına aktarılabilir. Bu aktarımlar için KVKK md. 9 ve GDPR Bölüm V'te öngörülen güvencelere (ör. standart sözleşmeler, yeterlilik kararları ve AB–ABD Veri Gizliliği Çerçevesi) dayanırız.

11. Güvenlik

• Uygulama ile sunucular arasındaki tüm bağlantılar şifrelidir (HTTPS/TLS).
• Bulut kaydına yalnızca hesabın sahibi erişebilir. Bu kural sunucu tarafındaki güvenlik kurallarıyla zorunlu tutulur.
• Şifreniz Firebase tarafından güvenli biçimde saklanır. Biz şifrenizi göremeyiz.
• Yalnızca gerçekten ihtiyaç duyduğumuz bilgileri toplarız.

Hiçbir sistem tamamen güvenli değildir. Bir güvenlik ihlali fark edersek, kanunun öngördüğü şekilde ilgili kurumu ve sizi bilgilendiririz.

12. Bu web sitesi

Bu sayfalar çerez, analiz aracı veya izleme kodu kullanmaz. Sayfalar Google Firebase Hosting üzerinden sunulur; Google sayfayı iletmek ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek için IP adresinizi kısa bir süre işleyebilir.

13. Değişiklikler

Bu politikayı oyun veya mevzuat değiştikçe güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel metin her zaman bu sayfadadır ve yürürlük tarihi en üstte yazar. Önemli değişiklikleri yürürlüğe girmeden önce uygulama içinde duyururuz. Kanunen gerekiyorsa yeniden onayınızı isteriz.

1. Who we are

Pet Doctor is developed and published by Deniz Şengül, an individual developer based in Türkiye. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Deniz Şengül.

Deniz Şengül is the data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the operator of the game under the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

2. What information we use

The table below shows where each kind of information is kept, why it is used and how long it is kept. Some rows only apply in certain cases (for example only on Android, or only if a parent account is created).

The age question

At first launch we ask “Who's playing?” (2–4, 5–7, 8–10, 11–17, 18+ or “Prefer not to say”) only to adjust the game's difficulty and screens. The answer never loosens ads, analytics or any other privacy setting: even if 18+ is chosen, the game runs with child settings. The answer is stored on the device. If you use a parent account, it is also stored as part of the cloud save. Usage statistics never contain the age group or the difficulty level.

The store's age information (US state laws): For some US states' app store laws, where the law applies to you, we may ask the App Store or Google Play for an age range (on iPhone and iPad through Apple's system sheet). The answer is only read on the device; it is not stored, not sent to us or anyone else, and it does not change the game's child settings.

What we do not collect

• The child's or parent's name, date of birth, address or phone number
• Photos, videos or voice recordings; camera and microphone access
• Precise (GPS) location; contacts, calendar or files on the device
• Advertising IDs (AAID on Android, IDFA on iOS). We do not ask for “tracking” permission on iOS.
• Card or other payment details (payments are handled by Apple and Google)

The game has no chat, messaging, free-text fields, public profiles or sharing with other players.

Read aloud and vibration

When “Read aloud” is on, the game reads texts out loud for children who cannot read yet, using your device's own text-to-speech feature. The game does not record sound and does not use the microphone. Vibration is only used as touch feedback.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Providing the game, the parent account, the cloud save and the subscription: performance of a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c; GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Legal obligations (for example tax and consumer law, requests from authorities): KVKK Art. 5/2-ç; GDPR Art. 6(1)(c).
• Keeping the game safe, working and improving (remote settings, crash reports, usage statistics, abuse prevention) and funding the free version with ads: legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f; GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). To balance this interest with children's interests we keep data to a minimum: no personalized ads, no advertising ID, and no names or e-mail addresses in statistics.
• Establishing, exercising or defending legal claims (for example in a dispute): KVKK Art. 5/2-e; GDPR Art. 6(1)(f).
• “What's new” notifications: a parent's consent (KVKK Art. 5/1; GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect earlier processing.

We do not make decisions that affect you or your child based solely on automated processing, and we do not build personal profiles.

4. Who we share information with

We share information only with the following companies that help us run the game, and only for the purposes above. We do not sell or rent personal information.

• Google (Firebase): Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Remote Config, Installations and Cloud Messaging; on Android also Analytics and Crashlytics. Google acts as a processor on our behalf for these services. Firebase privacy and security · Google Privacy Policy

• Ad partners working through AdMob (Android only). These are ad SDKs that have self-certified for the Google Play Families program:

• Kidoz (from version 1.1; directly on iPhone and iPad, through AdMob on Android): a children's ad network whose COPPA compliance is certified by PRIVO and kidSAFE and which reviews every ad by hand: privacy policy
• RevenueCat: verifies store purchase records and reports the subscription status. Automatic device identifier collection is turned off. privacy policy

Apart from this, we share information with authorities only when the law requires it. If the app is ever transferred to someone else, we will require the new owner to keep the protections in this policy and will tell you in advance.

5. Ads

• iPhone and iPad: From version 1.1, the free version shows child-appropriate, contextual ads through Kidoz. Kidoz reviews ads by hand before they run, does no interest-based advertising or tracking, and asks a grown-up first when an ad is tapped. On iOS the advertising ID (IDFA) is not used and no “App Tracking Transparency” permission is requested. Premium and the free trial show no ads.
• Android: The free version shows ads through Google AdMob and the partners listed above. No ads are shown during a Premium subscription or the free trial.
• Every ad request is tagged as child-directed (“age restricted treatment: child”), only G-rated (general audience) ads are allowed, and ads are not personalized.
• The advertising ID permission is removed from the app. We do not use interest-based ads, remarketing or tracking across apps.
• Ads may still be chosen based on context (for example the app's topic and language, device type, a general region estimated from the IP address), and some technical information is used for frequency limits, measurement and fraud prevention.
• Ads are never shown during mini-games or check-ups. Rewarded ads are fully optional and never needed to progress.
• Tapping an ad may open a store page or a website. Those pages are covered by the advertiser's own policies.

6. Notifications

Gentle reminders (local notifications)

• Reminders are scheduled on the device itself. No information leaves the device for this.
• At most 3 reminders a week, only between 16:00 and 19:00 local time. If the game is not opened for 14 days, reminders stop.
• Reminders are scheduled only after a grown-up has read and accepted an explanation behind the parental gate. The system notification permission is also requested only after that (Android, iPhone and iPad). The app never asks for notification permission at launch.
• You can turn reminders off at any time in Grown-up Corner → Settings → Gentle reminders or in the device settings.

“What's new” notifications (Android only, optional)

For announcements such as new pets or stickers we ask for a separate, explicit parental opt-in. If you agree, the device subscribes, through Google Firebase Cloud Messaging, to a general announcement topic for the chosen language. Announcements go to all subscribers of that language at the same time. We do not store per-user notification tokens. You can turn these notifications off at any time.

7. Children's privacy

• Pet Doctor is directed to children. Regardless of the age answer, we treat every player as a child.
• We do not ask children for personal information. The game has no chat, free text, photo or voice sharing.
• Purchases, the account, settings and outside links are behind a grown-up check (a simple multiplication question).
• The parent account is for adults only. If we learn that a child created an account or sent us personal information, we delete it.
• We use persistent identifiers (Firebase installation ID, analytics app instance ID, Crashlytics ID, app-scoped identifiers of the ad SDKs, RevenueCat's random ID) only to support these internal operations: running the game and its settings; verifying the subscription status; analytics to find bugs and improve the game; serving contextual ads, limiting ad frequency and measuring ads; keeping the service secure and preventing fraud; and meeting legal obligations.
• We do not use these identifiers to contact a child, for behavioral advertising, for profiling or for any other purpose. Our ad and analytics settings (child-directed tagging, personalization turned off, advertising ID removed) and the Google Play Families program rules also limit this technically.

8. Parents' rights and requests

Under KVKK Art. 11, the GDPR and COPPA, you have the following rights for yourself and on behalf of your child:

• to know whether information is processed and to get a copy,
• to know the purpose of processing and to whom, in Türkiye or abroad, information is transferred,
• to have incomplete or incorrect information corrected,
• to have information deleted or destroyed, and to have third parties who received it informed,
• to object to processing based on legitimate interest and to ask for processing to be restricted,
• to receive the data in your parent account in a commonly used format (data portability),
• to withdraw consent and to refuse further collection of information from your child,
• to object to an outcome against you that results only from automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

How to make a request

• To delete the account: in the app, Grown-up Corner → Account → Delete account. For details and requests over the web: Account deletion.
• For other requests: write to support@denizsengul.com, if possible from the e-mail address registered in the parent account. Requests under KVKK can also be made in the other ways listed in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.
• We may ask for additional information to confirm the account is yours. We answer requests free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
• If the game is played without a parent account, there is no record on our servers that can be linked to you. You can remove the data on the device by deleting the app. Usage statistics and crash data on Android are not linked to an account and may not be individually findable; they are deleted automatically within the periods in section 9.
• If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board, to the data protection authority in your country if you are in the EU, or to the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) if you are in the US.

9. How long we keep information

• Game data on the device: until you delete the app or clear its data.
• Parent account and cloud save: until you delete them. If an account is not used at all for 24 months (no sign-in and no cloud save update), we delete the account and its cloud save. Deleted account information is removed from Firebase backup systems within 180 days.
• IP logs for sign-in security: a few weeks, kept by Firebase.
• Subscription records: while the subscription is active, and afterwards for as long as legal obligations such as tax and consumer law require; then deleted or anonymized.
• Usage statistics (Android): event-level data for 2 months. Aggregated reports without identifiers may be kept longer.
• Crash reports (Android): 90 days.
• Firebase installation ID: according to Firebase's retention rules. This ID is not matched with information that identifies you.
• Ad data: according to the ad partners' own policies. We only receive aggregated reports without identifiers.
• Support messages: 12 months after the request is closed.

10. International transfers

The cloud save is stored on Google servers in Europe (Cloud Firestore, eur3). Account information (Firebase Authentication) and other Firebase services may be processed on Google servers in several countries, including the United States. AdMob, the ad partners and RevenueCat mostly process information in the United States.

Your information may therefore be transferred outside Türkiye and the European Economic Area. For these transfers we rely on the safeguards provided in KVKK Art. 9 and Chapter V of the GDPR (for example standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework).

11. Security

• All connections between the app and the servers are encrypted (HTTPS/TLS).
• Only the account owner can access the cloud save. This is enforced by server-side security rules.
• Your password is stored securely by Firebase. We cannot see it.
• We collect only the information we really need.

No system is completely secure. If we become aware of a security breach, we will inform the relevant authority and you as required by law.

12. This website

These pages use no cookies, analytics tools or tracking code. The pages are served by Google Firebase Hosting; Google may briefly process your IP address to deliver the page and prevent abuse.

13. Changes

We may update this policy when the game or the law changes. The current version is always on this page, with the effective date at the top. We announce important changes in the app before they take effect. Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent again.
