1. Uygulamanın içinden silme (en hızlı yol)

1. Ana ekranın sağ üst köşesindeki kilit simgesine dokunun.
2. Büyüklere yönelik çarpma sorusunu yanıtlayın. Büyükler Köşesi açılır.
3. Hesap sekmesini açın.
4. Hesabı sil düğmesine dokunun ve iki kez onaylayın.
5. Uygulama güvenliğiniz için yeniden giriş yapmanızı isteyebilir. Giriş yaptıktan sonra silme işlemini tekrarlayın.

Hesabınız ve bulut kaydınız hemen silinir. Bu işlem için internet bağlantısı gerekir.

2. Web üzerinden silme talebi

Uygulamaya erişiminiz yoksa (ör. cihazınızı değiştirdiyseniz veya uygulamayı sildiyseniz) bize e-postayla silme talebi gönderebilirsiniz.

Silme talebi e-postası oluştur

Düğme çalışmazsa support@denizsengul.com adresine “Pet Doctor - Hesap silme talebi” konulu bir e-posta gönderin ve hesabın e-posta adresini yazın.

• E-postayı mümkünse hesabın e-posta adresinden gönderin. Başka bir adresten yazarsanız, hesabın size ait olduğunu doğrulamak için hesabın e-posta adresine bir onay mesajı göndeririz.
• Talebinizi en geç 30 gün içinde yerine getirir ve size e-postayla bilgi veririz.
• Web üzerinden gelen taleplerde, abonelik doğrulama hizmetimiz RevenueCat'teki müşteri kaydını da sileriz.

3. Neler silinir?

• E-posta adresiniz, şifreniz ve giriş bilgileriniz (Google Firebase Authentication)
• Google ile giriş bağlantısı ve hesap kaydındaki ad ve profil fotoğrafı bağlantısı (varsa)
• Hesap kimliği
• Bulut kaydı: oyun ilerlemesi, ayarlar ve yaş grubu cevabı (Google Cloud Firestore)

4. Ne kalır, ne kadar süre?

• Bu cihazdaki ilerleme: Uygulama içinden silmede bu cihazdaki ilerleme kalır, böylece çocuğunuz oynamaya devam edebilir. Bunu da silmek için uygulamayı kaldırın (Android'de uygulama verisini temizleyebilirsiniz).
• Yedekler: Silinen hesap bilgileri Firebase'in yedek sistemlerinden en geç 180 gün içinde temizlenir.
• Satın alma geçmişi: Apple veya Google'daki satın alma geçmişiniz, mağazanın kendi kurallarına göre mağaza hesabınızda kalır.
• Abonelik doğrulama kaydı (RevenueCat): Uygulama içinden silmede, rastgele bir kimlikle tutulan kayıt kalır ve hesap silindikten sonra e-posta adresinizle ilişkilendirilemez. Yasal yükümlülükler için gerektiği sürece saklanabilir. Silinmesini isterseniz bize e-posta ile yazın.
• Android kullanım istatistikleri ve çökme raporları: Hesaba bağlı değildir; sırasıyla 2 ay ve 90 gün içinde kendiliğinden silinir.
• Destek yazışmaları: Talep sonuçlandıktan sonra 12 ay saklanır.

5. Önemli: Aboneliği ayrıca iptal edin

• iPhone / iPad: Ayarlar → [adınız] → Abonelikler → Pet Doctor → Aboneliği İptal Et. Ya da: App Store abonelikleri.
• Android: Google Play Store → profil simgesi → Ödemeler ve abonelikler → Abonelikler → Pet Doctor → Aboneliği iptal et. Ya da: Google Play abonelikleri.

Ücretlendirilmemek için iptali, deneme veya mevcut dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce yapın.

1. Delete inside the app (fastest)

1. Tap the lock icon in the top-right corner of the home screen.
2. Answer the grown-up multiplication question. Grown-up Corner opens.
3. Open the Account tab.
4. Tap Delete account and confirm twice.
5. For your safety, the app may ask you to sign in again. After signing in, repeat the deletion.

Your account and cloud save are deleted immediately. An internet connection is needed.

2. Request deletion over the web

If you cannot access the app (for example you changed your device or deleted the app), you can send us a deletion request by e-mail.

Write a deletion request e-mail

If the button does not work, send an e-mail to support@denizsengul.com with the subject “Pet Doctor - Account deletion request” and include the account's e-mail address.

• If possible, send it from the account's e-mail address. If you write from another address, we will send a confirmation message to the account's e-mail address to make sure the account is yours.
• We complete your request within 30 days at the latest and let you know by e-mail.
• For requests made over the web, we also delete the customer record at RevenueCat, our subscription verification service.

3. What is deleted?

• Your e-mail address, password and sign-in details (Google Firebase Authentication)
• The Google sign-in link and the name and profile picture link in the account record (if any)
• The account ID
• The cloud save: game progress, settings and the age group answer (Google Cloud Firestore)

4. What is kept, and for how long?

• Progress on this device: When you delete inside the app, the progress on this device stays so your child can keep playing. To remove it too, uninstall the app (on Android you can also clear the app's data).
• Backups: Deleted account information is removed from Firebase backup systems within 180 days.
• Purchase history: Your purchase history with Apple or Google stays in your store account under the store's own rules.
• Subscription verification record (RevenueCat): When you delete inside the app, a record kept under a random ID remains and can no longer be linked to your e-mail address once the account is deleted. It may be kept as long as legal obligations require. If you want it deleted, e-mail us.
• Android usage statistics and crash reports: Not linked to the account; deleted automatically within 2 months and 90 days respectively.
• Support messages: Kept for 12 months after the request is closed.

5. Important: cancel the subscription separately

• iPhone / iPad: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Pet Doctor → Cancel Subscription. Or: App Store subscriptions.
• Android: Google Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Pet Doctor → Cancel subscription. Or: Google Play subscriptions.

To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or the current period ends.
